We have a questionnaire/application form with a few questions we would like you to fill in to join.
We always get in contact with families with a telephone call as we feel it’s very personal and we feel a telephone conversation is a better way of communication than exchanging emails. Please note we get a high number of forms filled out, please follow up with a text message to us on 07818295987.
We are also happy to answer all your questions you have for us.
We ask for a £300.00 non refundable fee to secure your holding spot on our waiting list . We only accept 5 family names per litter. Our litters average from 5-8 puppy’s per litter.

We like our families to have flexibility and choice by doing it this way as we don’t want family’s to be disappointed.
We often know what colours we expect in each litter . As of genders and litter sizes it’s unpredictable , we work very naturally here at Cocker Doodle Poo.
Dog scans are not as accurate as human scans on numbers . We have been doing this for a very long time so we know the early signs of pregnancy.
When we have confirmed scans we update families as soon as we have news, we update through what’s app ,email or our social media story’s.
Once our puppies are born and thriving and they are 2 weeks old and we feel happy with mum and babies are all doing well. We will then contact families in first order to discuss selecting their puppy.
We will give our families the choice of selecting their puppy through a video call viewing that can last 1-2 hours long, it’s not rushed, viewing mum alongside her puppies and viewing dad and ourselves and our whelping room to discuss health tests and also answer all questions you may have for us. We like to do the video call to reduce any risk to the puppies through cross contamination and you will be able to see mum happy and comfortable in her surroundings with her puppies and us.
At the end of the conversation, we will ask you if you would like to go ahead and leave a non-refundable deposit of £300.00 once you have paid the joining fee. To select your puppy. If your still happy to do so we then send you our Cocker Doodle Poo bank details for a bank transfer. With every transaction you will receive confirmation email from us . You will also receive weekly photos and pup dates from us about your puppy and mum.
If you would like to wait and do a site visit & meet us in person when puppy’s are 6 weeks old . We can arrange that also.

Our puppies leave us at 8-10weeks of age
They leave us with :
- Having full health check from our veterinarian on site here at Cocker Doodle Poo
- They all receive a puppy basket
In their basket you will find a welcome to Cocker Doodle Poo family letter - Vet card
- Microchip card
- Both copy’s of parents kennel club registration
- Copy’s of DNA health tests
- A copy of health check report from our veterinarian about all puppies in the litter so you can show to your vet once you have registered your puppy
- A puppy contract
- Scent blanket
- 2 week supply of puppy kibble that they will be fully weaned onto
- Toys and other items
We like to make the transition for you and your puppy as smooth and comfortable as possible.
Final payment is paid on collection day with a bank transfer when puppy’s 8-10 week’s of age.
Our service doesn’t end there. We are always available for help and tips with training and support, for as long as you need us.
